Loyalty rates for existing customers
Customers who have been with us for over 3 years receive a discount of 5%, those who have been on the Failsafe Plan for over 6 years receive a 7% discount. Customers who have been with us for over 10 years receive a discount of 10%. The only exclusion to our loyalty discount is on Option 1 – our service only option.
